Who Am I?
I am a wife, mother, entreprenuer in the making, and an aspiring writer. Corporate America has let me down and brought me back up more times then I care to count or remember. So now, I figured it's time to depend on myself for my own livelihood and to make a difference in the world.

Ok, the original phrase or line is, "If you build it, they will come." This is a famous line from the movie with Kevin Costner in Field of Dreams. Well, this is the first thing that came to mind when I changed today's work direction.
I started out just trying to submit my primary website to a number of online search engines today. It started out good, because, I got several notices that my submissions were successful. However, when I confirmed with the second site that I was who I said I was it gave me some bad news.
The bad news was that my website is not even ranking with Google, my Page Title had errors, my Meta Tags were wrong too. Huh, What?! I understand what that all means and I thought that I knew how to correct them easily, but, the more corrections I made to my site, the lower my score got. Then, I found out that the only way to really fix the problem quickly is to pay for an upgraded version of their software.
Well, as a small business owner who is just starting a new business venture, money is a rare commodity. So, I am going to attempt on my own, without the financial burden of paying for their software. Which only come with a 30 day access membership and no expensive SEO expert to help me out or do it for me. I’ll be honest, though, if I had the money to pay for it I would.
Unfortunately, I had to pay my magic jack renewal fee, domain registration fees, and other business membership fees this month. So, I have to take a lot of time reading and rereading what I thought I knew about SEO, in order to fix my website. My brain it on overload already and my adrenaline is high in a good and bad way, at the same time.
Well, wish me luck and feel free to leave any suggestions that you have on my site in the comment section after this post. More updates and ranting to come.
Good Luck to All of Us in the Same Boat!
