Who Am I?
I am a wife, mother, entreprenuer in the making, and an aspiring writer. Corporate America has let me down and brought me back up more times then I care to count or remember. So now, I figured it's time to depend on myself for my own livelihood and to make a difference in the world.

My son was in my home office today and told me that "I don't need you anymore." I pretended to cry and told him that he hurt my feelings. He then pulled my hands away from my face and said "Mommy don't cry, you'll be ok." I looked down at him and said "ok," I knew he was playing and just repeating a line from a movie. However, deep down it hit my "mommy'' heart really hard and made me sad. I know that everyday he is getting older and is growing up and somedays he won't need me "as much." It seems like the first few years you love doing everything for them, but, as they grow you can't wait until they don't call or need you for everything.
